Subscription offer to the shareholders
OTI Greentech AG is carrying out a capital increase with subscription rights for shareholders. Up to 2,177,235 new shares shall be issued. According to the subscription ratio of 10 : 3, 3 new shares can be subscribed for every 10 old shares. The subscription price per share is 1.00 Euro. The German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht – BaFin) has permitted the publication of the Securities Information Bulletin (WIB) for the subscription offer on 1 April 2021.
