The supervisory board of OTI Greentech AG (WKN A2TSL2) has appointed existing executive board member Dr. John C. Kisalus as sole member of the executive board and CEO with effect from 1 May 2019. The previous CEO, Joe Armstrong, will leave the executive board as planned with the expiry of his appointment on 30 April 2019. Joe Armstrong was primarily responsible for the repositioning and restructuring of the company which is now mostly completed. The supervisory board wishes to thank Joe Armstrong for his contributions to the successful restructuring.
