OTI Greentech AG (WKN A2TSL2), an international provider of innovative and sustainable chemicals and services for industrial applications listed on the stock exchange, today confirmed its reported preliminary figures for fiscal year 2018. The audited Group figures show revenue of EUR 4.38 million and a significant year-on-year improvement in earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) to kEUR -425 thousand. The recent agreement reached with the creditors of the two outstanding convertible bonds and with Company’s lenders to convert the bonds/loans into shares of OTI Greentech AG provides the equity base for further growth. The Company expects EBITDA in 2019 to be slightly positive on the back of revenue of at least EUR 5.0 million.
