Yesterday's General Meeting of OTI Greentech AG has unanimously elected Stephan Rind as a member of the Supervisory Board. Mr. Rind had, following the exit of Ralf Grönemeyer, previously been appointed to the Supervisory Board by court until the General Meeting. In the following constituent meeting of the Supervisory Board Mr. Rind was elected as Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
