OTI Greentech subsidiary VTT Maritime signs general agreement with Deep Sea Supply

OTI Greentech AG (WKN A0HNE8), an internationally operating environmental technology group listed on the Düsseldorf stock exchange, today announced that it has signed another major general agreement via its subsidiary VTT Maritime. Under the agreement, VTT Maritime will provide complex consulting and engineering services and carry out technical inspections for Deep Sea Supply Plc, a globally operating offshore supply vessel company.

The agreement has a term of three years, with an option to extend it by one year. The deal is a testament to VTT Maritime’s excellent positioning in the shipping sector.

Deep Sea Supply Plc (DESSC) is a globally operating offshore supply vessel company based in Cyprus and listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange (OBX). The company operates a fleet of 37 offshore support vessels. Its regional focus is currently on the North Sea, West Africa, the Mediterranean, South East Asia and Brazil.
